摘要
1951年瑞典神经外科专家Leksell L提出立体定向放射外科概念以來,此项技术日新月异发展,使临床放射治疗技术从X-ray引导放射治疗逐渐走向CT、MRI定位调强适形放射治疗(IMRT和3D-,CRT);图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)以及近来出现分子、生物影像引导放射治疗(BGRT),其目的使立体定向放射外科达到精确定位、精确计划、精确治疗,使立体定向放射外科发生重大改观。
In 1951, a Swedish neurosurgeon, Leksell L,put forward the concept of sterteotactic radiosurgery. Since then, this new technology developed rapidly. Now, the sterteotactic radiotherapy has continued to evolve, from X-ray guided radiation therapy to intensity modulated radiation therapy using computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging ( IMRT,3D-, CRT) , then to image-guided radiotherapy ( IGRT ) and molecule, biological image-guided radiation therapy ( BGRT ). All these lead to significant changes in sterteotactic radiosurgery ,including precise positioning, elaborate plan and accurate treatment.
