摘要
根据多年的旧房改造经验,提出采用组合钢梁旧房改造的方法。将组合钢梁与现浇钢筋混凝土过梁从施工与经济性2个方面进行对比。结果表明:组合钢梁具有自重轻、施工简单、工期短、施工安全性高、改造后使用状况良好等优点;对组合钢梁方案从强度、稳定性等方面进行了有限元对比分析,提出了简化的设计计算方法。组合钢梁具有很高的稳定系数;对组合钢梁法的钢桁架高度、杆件尺寸、桁架在墙内的内伸长度等给出了经验值。实例表明,作者提出的组合钢梁法是可行的。
Based on the experiences of reconstruction, the method of reconstruction using composite girder was put forward. The composite steel girder was compared with the cast - in - situ concrete beams from the two aspects of construction and economic. The finite element analysis is used to composite steel girder from the aspects of strength and stability. The simplified design method was proposed. The results show that composite girder has many advantages with light self- weight, simple construction, short construction period and construction safety, and good utilities after reconstruction. The composite steel girder has high stability coefficient. The experience values of truss height, bar size, and the length of truss in wall are also given in this paper. By applying in engineering example, the method of reconstruction of the old buildings proposed is feasible.
