股骨干骨折钢板与髓内钉内固定疗效比较 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨股骨干骨折钢板与髓内钉内固定的效果。方法选择新鲜股骨干骨折患者245例。随机分为2组：A组162例行钢板螺丝钉内固定，B组83例行髓内钉内固定。结果245例随诊6～24个月，A组治疗优良率85％，B组治疗优良率94％。结论髓内钉尤其带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折为目前较为理想的固定方法。
