摘要
目的研究中药红花液在同功力、不同时间的超声波作用下透过生物膜(小白鼠皮)量的变化。方法将中药红花液置于塑料杯中(扩散池),中间放置用新鲜小白鼠皮制成的透药试管,分成A、B、C、D 4组,A组、C组作为对照组,B组、D组作为超声辐照组,在不同时间内检测试管中的中药红花含量。实验结束后,分组进行统计分析比较。结果超声辐照组比非超声辐照组透皮量多,透过小白鼠皮的红花药量与超声辐照的时间成正比,透皮促进剂氮酮对连续超声下药物透入有加强作用。结论治疗的超声波能促进大分子物质透过生物膜,透过量的多少与超声的功力成正比。
Objective It is to explore the changes of safflower fluid's dosage permeating through biomembrane (small white rat skin) at the same amounts but different times of Ultrasonic wave. Methods The safflower fluid and test tubes being made of small fresh white rat skin were put into plastic bottles (diffuser), and divided into 4 groups including the control groups(A,C)and the ultrasonic groups(B,D), Contents of the drugs were tested at different times. At the end of the experiment, the test results were analyzed and compared. Results There was significant difference in the dosage permeating through biomernbrane between ultrasonic groups (B, D) and control groups (A, C). Dosage of safflower permeating skin of small white rat was proportional to the prologation of ultrasonicwave irradiative times. Azone (TMTD of permeating skin) can promote the infiltration of safflower by the continuous ultrasonic wave. Conclusion Ultrasonicwave could promote the in- filtration of macromolecular matter through biomemhrane and the dosage is proportional to the amounts of ultrasonic wave.
