摘要
介绍了有效识别烟支重量所采用的分段平均、加权求和的微积分方法,提出了将香烟重量偏差变换为修整器位置偏差以实现重量调节的比例、积分、微分(PID)控制策略。在此基础上,根据实用性、先进性和可扩展性的原则,确定了基于DSP微控制器的精简而灵活的系统结构,并详细阐述了系统设计与实现过程。
According to the principle analysis, a availability method has been detailedly described to identify the weight of a cigarette which is segmenting and summing and averaging just as calculous, yet, this paper has also described the PID control policy which can change the cigarette's weight deviation to motor's position deviation. According to above statment, a simple and flexible system structure based on a microprocessor with DSP core is designed and realized. Finally, the paper detailedly describes the realization process of the subject.
