摘要
介绍上海环球金融中心应用性能化防火设计解决安全疏散的设计方案。方案如下:①疏散楼梯。裙房和主楼的疏散楼梯完全分开设置,主楼共设11部疏散楼梯;另设2部防烟楼梯和1部封闭楼梯,均在避难层错层布置。②疏散电梯。除8部消防电梯外,另设13部辅助疏散客梯,分别服务于4个不同避难层。③避难设施。每隔12层设置1个避难层,共8个避难层。④安全通道。在地下2层至地上5层的商业楼层采用耐火极限为2.0 h的实体隔墙设置安全通道,与商铺分隔。通道内设自动喷水灭火系统和加压送风系统。
The design plan for evacuation of Shanghai trans-world finance center which is based on fire performance-based design is introduced.The plan is as follows:① Protected stairway.The protected stairway of the main storey and the annex should be built completely separately.There are 11 protected stairways,2 smoke-proof stairways and one enclosed stairway in the main storey.②Protected lift.There are 8 fire lifts and 13 aided protected lifts in 4 different waiting layers.③Waiting space.There is one waiting space at intervals of 12 layers, which amounts to 8 waiting spaces. ④Safety walkway is installed in business buildings. The safety walkway and the shop are separated from each other by the solid wall with 2.0 h of duration of fire resistance. There are sprinkler system and ventilation system in the safety walkway.
