阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与高血压研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（obstructive sleep apnea，OSA）是由于睡眠时上气道阻塞，呼吸时上气道阻力增加，使呼吸浅慢或暂停而引起的反复发作的低氧、高碳酸血症和酸血症，与高血压、冠心病、心肌梗死、心律失常、心力衰竭和卒中、肺动脉高压等心血管疾病密切相关，正日益受到人们的重视。笔者就OSA与高血压的研究进展作一综述。
