系统性红斑狼疮与动脉粥样硬化
摘要
随着系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）诊断和治疗的进步，患者生存期延长，心血管疾病逐渐成为主要的死亡原因，因此越来越受到重视。曾有学者提出SLE的“双峰死亡模式”，即SLE疾病早期死因多为SLE活动或感染等并发症，而疾病后期死亡（诊断5年后）则多由于动脉粥样硬化。
