冠状动脉旁路移植术后双侧膈肌麻痹一例

摘要 1临床资料患者男性，65岁，主因活动后心前区不适3年，加重3d入住当地医院，诊断为冠心病，心绞痛，并行冠状动脉（冠脉）造影检查，显示左主干狭窄60％；前降支起始段狭窄95％，回旋支开口处狭窄80％，右冠起始段100％闭塞；为手术治疗，急诊入院。
