Status Quo and Development Trend of Radar Clutter Measurement

摘要 杂波特性的了解对于雷达性能的发挥具有重要作用,杂波测量在杂波特性研究中处于基础性地位。文章介绍了国外雷达杂波测量现状和特点,探讨了杂波测量的发展趋势。对比国内杂波测量现状,指出了国内杂波测量存在的不足,提出了国内杂波测量的发展建议。 The understanding of clutter characteristics is important to radar performance, and that clutter measurement is foundation in the study of radar clutter characteristics study. Status quo and character of radar clutter measurements overseas are introduced,moreover, the general idea of development trend is discussed. Compared to the status quo of clutter measurement in domestic, the drawbacks in clutter measurements in domestic are presented, and the countermeasures of development are proposed.
