摘要
就目前在药厂设计中常用的两种设计模式:多中心设计和模块化设计进行多方位的分析比较,从质量风险、适应性及可拓展性等方面进行对比,对两种模式的优、缺点进行深入的分析,经过分析比较,多中心设计较适合于品种单一、产量较大的产品,而对于多数药品生产企业,模块化设计更为适合,也是今后药厂设计的一个方面。
With respect to two design modes used in pharmaceutical plants - multi center design mode and modulus design mode, the analysis and comparison from several aspects, such as quality risk, adaptation and expandability, were carried out. After the detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these two design modes, it was concluded that multi center design mode is comparatively adapted to the products with large production volume and a few kind, thus, modulus design mode is more applicable to most enterprises.
