摘要
峰值磁场0.6~2.0T,磁场梯度10~100Tm-1,脉冲宽度20~200ms,重复频率0.16~1.34Hz的磁场作用于鼠S-180肉瘤,在电镜下观察到肉瘤细胞程序性死亡的特征和线粒体肿胀,这一磁场能引起2.5mV的跨膜电位变化,导致Ca2+内流,促使细胞凋亡.
We studied the effects of ultralow frequency plused magnetic field (with maximum intensity of 0 6~2 0 T,gradient of 10~100 T·m -1 ,pulse width of 20~200 ms and freqency of 0 16~1 34 Hz)on S 180 sarcomas in mice.With electron microscope,we found the programmed cell death (PCD) of the sarcoma cells, we also found the expanded mitochondria and the atrophied erythrocytes .we consider the mechanism is that the pulsed magnetic field causes the change of the membrane potentials,then causes the calcium ion influxin g,so leads to the programmed cell death.
