摘要 白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)是一组由白细胞产生的在细胞间发挥作用的细胞因子,具有重要的免疫学功能。白细胞介素24(interleukin24,IL-24)又称黑色素瘤分化相关基因7(melanomadifferentiationassociatedgene7,mda7),最初于1995年由美国哥伦比亚大学的Jiang等通过差示杂交的方法从人干扰素(IFN)-β和瑞香素(mezerein,MEZ)诱导的人类黑色素瘤细胞中获得。从其结构、染色体定位、碱基序列同源性及细胞因子样特性等方面考虑.MDA7于2002年被归于IL—10家族,正式命名为IL-24。
