摘要
目的:探讨护士在冠心病二级预防中的作用。方法:对冠心病及高危人群进行为期6个月的危险因素评估、系统治疗、健康教育和追踪随访。结果:生命网可以提高患者对于冠心病相关知识认知态度,使患者自觉改变生活习惯,使生存质量明显提高。生命网患者6个月后治疗的依从性由38%上升到95%。结论:在冠心病二级预防中,护士发挥重要的作用。
Objective：To study the effect of nursing in the secondary prevention of coronary artery disease.Methods： The patients with coronary artery disease and high risk population were carried out risk factors evaluation, treatment, health education and follow up.Results：Heart care network can improve the knowledge of patients about coronary artery disease, make them change their lifestyle.Their life quality was greatly improved.The patients＇compliance was improved from 38% to 95%.Conclusion：Nursing plays an important role in the secondary prevention of coronary artery disease.
