摘要
目的:探讨中西药联合治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法:用中药联合米非司酮,单用米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的结果进行分析。结果:中药联合米非司酮组的血β-HCG下降,包块缩小,腹痛消失等指标都比单用米非司酮组明显提高,P<0.05。结论:中药联合米非司酮对异位妊娠保守治疗能提高成功率。
Objective：To discuss the treatment effects of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：The results of using traditianal Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and mifepristone alone for treating ectopic pregnancy were analyzed.Results：The indexes such as β-HCG decrease,mass reduction and abdominal pain disappearance in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were marked- ly improved compared with the single mifepristone group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The conservative treatment of Chinese medine combined mifepristone can increase the success rate for treating ectopic pregnancy.
