E-钙黏素及增殖细胞核抗原在大肠癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨E-钙黏素(E-cadherin,E-cad)及增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen,PCNA)在大肠癌中的表达与淋巴转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测52例大肠癌中E-cad、PCNA的表达情况。结果:52例大肠癌组织中E-cad、PCNA的阳性表达率分别为42.3%(22/52)、71.2%(37/52),PCNA的阳性率与淋巴转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而E-cad的表达则与淋巴转移呈负相关,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:PCNA在大肠癌中的过度表达及E-cad的下调表达在大肠癌的发生、发展中可能协同起作用,并可作为判断大肠癌生物学行为的指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression of E-cad and PCNA in colorectal cancer and to explore its correlation to lymphatic metastasis.Methods:The expression of E-cad and PCNA in 52 samples of eoloreetal cancer was detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rates of E-cad and PCNA in 52 samples of coloreetal cancer were 42.3% and 71.2% respectively.The positve rates of PCNA were correlated with lymphatic metastasis (P 〈0.05).However, the significant negative correlation existed between the expression of E-cad and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PCNA and down-regulation of E-cad in colorectal cancer.they may be cooperative effects in the occurence and development of coloreetal cancer,and could be used as an important biologic marker for colorectal cancer.
