摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像在左肾静脉压迫综合征中的诊断价值。方法:应用16层螺旋CT对8例左肾静脉压迫综合征病例进行泌尿系增强多期扫描,并获得后处理图像。结果:8例左肾静脉压迫综合征病例均可见肠系膜上动脉(SMA)压迫左肾静脉的征象。CT多平面重建直观地显示了腹主动脉(AO)与SMA之间的关系。结论:MSCT在左肾静脉压迫综合征诊断中具有明显的优势。
Objective ：To explore the value of CTA of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of left renal vein entrapment syndrome. Methods：Multi-phase scans of urological system were performed in 8 cases with 16-slice CT scanner,the images of all cases were recon- structed three-dimensionally and acquired all kinds of post-processing images. Results：The sign of superior mensenteric artery（SMA） entrapping left renal vein（LRV） was showed in all cases,the relations between abodominal aorta（AO） and SMA could be showed directly by multiplanar reformation.Conclusion：Multi-slice spiral CT has an obvious advantage in diagnosis of left renal vein entrapment syndrome.
