摘要
目的:观察室内甲醛污染对盆栽桂花成熟叶片的急性损害。方法:将盆栽培育的桂花放入自制染毒箱,分别用浓度为32.60 mg/ml、3.260 mg/ml、0.326 mg/ml、0.0326 mg/ml、0.00326 mg/ml的甲醛溶液3.1 ml以薰气法染毒桂花24 h,放入实验棚内继续培养10d,每组每株随机采摘100张叶片,采用双盲法观察叶片的形态特征变化。结果:各染毒组间与阴性对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。当剂量达1.0 mg/m3,叶中部及叶尖开始出现明显不规则斑块状损害,并有剂量-反应关系。结论:甲醛空气污染可以导致盆栽桂花叶片出现急性损害,并表现出明显的效应。
Objective :To observe the acute harm of formaldehyde pollution in air to the polluted Osmanthus fragrans leaves. Methods:As the major experimental materials, dwarfed Polluted Osmanthus fragrans exposed in different dose of formaldehyde by air for 24h. After cultured 10 d ,every group was randomly picked 100 leaves with double blind methods, the morphological character of Osmanthus fragrans leaves was observed.Results:In every group,leaves of mature osmanthus appeared different damage symptoms. There was a significant difference between each dose group and the negative control group(P〈0.001). From the beginning of the dose of 1.0 mg/m3 group, the tip and the central of leaves began to appear clear irregular plaquelike damages and had the dose-effect relationship.Conclusion Formaldehyde air pollution can cause acute toxic effect to polluted Osmanthus fragrans leaves and have the dose-effeet relation.
