摘要
目的:探讨普理灵疝装置(PHS)修补治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析用PHS疝装置修补治疗老年腹股沟疝48例的临床资料。结果:48例均治愈。5例术后发生并发症,占10.4%,其中术后疼痛2例、伤口血肿、阴囊积液、尿路感染各1例。结论:PHS治疗老年腹股沟疝可以很好地减少术后复发,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ：To analyze and summarize retrospectively the clinical experience of tension-free repair for inguinal hernia in the aged patients by Prolene Hernia System （PHS）.Methods：To use the PHS patch for 48 cases of inguinal hernias in Tension-free hemiorrhapy and to observe the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results：All the eases were cured.5 eases occurred complication,the rate was 10.4%, including 2 eases of postoperative pain, 1 case of wound hematoma, 1 ease of serotal hydrocele and 1 case of urinary tract infection.Conclusion：To use the PHS patch for curing inguinal hernia in the aged patients is effective to reduee the postoperative reeurrence.It is valuable for extending in clinic.
