摘要
根据统计资料介绍了"十五"以来广西国民经济增长和电力建设超前发展情况,重点叙述以红水河流域水电开发为主的电源建设在技术、质量、速度方面的大跨越,以水为主、水火并举的广西电网优化运行,展望广西今后电力发展将出现划时代的更大跨越。作者在文中提出有关发展的设想和意见供参考。
On the basis of statistical data, the paper introduces conditions of national economic development and leading development of electric power construction in Guangxi ever since the tenth five-year plan is enforced. It presents, in particular, the great-leap-forward development made in hydropower development in the Hongshui River basin in terms of engineering quality and speed, and also predicts an epochal development of electric power in Guangxi in the future as its power grid operates optimally with hydropower playing a main role and supported by thermal power at the same time. Some assumptions and suggestions are provided by the author for the development.
