甲基强的松龙对深低温脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织S-100β蛋白表达的影响

摘要 目的观察甲基强的松龙(MP)对深低温脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织S-100β蛋白表达的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和MP组,应用SABC技术检测脑组织S-100β蛋白表达。结果假手术组脑组织S-100β蛋白呈基础水平表达;MP组S-100β蛋白表达量与模型组比较显著降低。结论MP可能通过抑制S-100β的过量表达,对深低温缺血再灌注脑损害发挥保护作用。 Purpose To observe the effect of methylprednisolone on the expression of S-100 beta protein after deep hypothermia cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods SD rats were divided randomly into three groups: sham group, methylprednisolone group and model group. The expressions of S-100 beta protein were detected by SABC. Results The expressions of S-100 beta protein were at basal level in sham group, while were significantly lower in methylprednisolone group than that in model group. Conclusion Methylprednisolone played a protective role in rats cerebral injury after deep hypothermia cerebral ischemia reperfusion through inhibiting the excessive expression of S-100 beta protein.
