摘要
包覆燃料颗粒的质量对于高温气冷堆安全运行起着重要作用。包覆燃料颗粒的镀层密度是影响颗粒质量的重要指标。因此,准确、及时地在线检测包覆燃料颗粒各镀层的密度,对于保证包覆燃料颗粒符合设计要求有着重要意义。在借鉴国内外同行研究成果的基础上,针对包覆燃料颗粒镀层的特点,研究并建立了一套满足实际生产需要的在线快速测试密度的综合方法。这包括着填装法、尺寸—质量法、比重瓶法和重液悬浮法。简要地介绍了这些在线性能测试方法,给出了一些测试数据,讨论了测量误差产生的主要原因。
The high quality of coated fuel particles is important to the safety operation of high temperature gascooled reactor. The deposited layer densities of coated fuel particles directly affect the quality of coated fuel particles. So it is necessary to set up online methods to measure the layer densities of coated fuel particles. On the basis of analyzing the published experimental data and results, online measurement methods suitable for different kinds of layer densities of coated fuel particles were set up, which included stuffed, sizemass, pycnometer, and heavy liquid sinkfloat. By them the layer densities can be measured quickly for the manufacture of coated fuel particles. Some experimental data were given and the deviations were analyzed.
