米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止12～16周妊娠的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止12～16周妊娠的效果。方法:回顾分析452例妊娠12～16周的孕妇使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠的效果及不良作用。结果:引产成功率95.35%,不良作用发生率7.96%,均为一过性反应无需处理自然好转。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止12-16周妊娠效果确切,引产成功率高,并发症少,不良作用小,值得临床推广。
