摘要
目的:总结体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥手术(CABG)的早期疗效和护理配合。方法:体外循环下行CABG 18例,采用低温冷血间断灌注保护心肌,加强术中护理配合。结果:全组无手术死亡病例,均顺利恢复,出院时心绞痛完全缓解,心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论:体外循环下CABG早期效果较好,再血管化充分,能解除心绞痛,改善心功能,良好的护理配合能提高手术成功率和患者生活质量。
Objective：To summarize the early results and experiences of coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）in coronary artery disease.Methods：18 cases were performed conventional coronary artery bypass grafting operations.Results：After the operation,all the patients had no deaths,no angina pectoris,cardiac function improved to class I .Conclusion：CABG is an efficient way to treat the coronary artery disease.It improves cardiac function ,cures agina pectoris ,and increases the guatily of life patients live well.
