18例冠状动脉搭桥术的护理配合

摘要 目的:总结体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥手术(CABG)的早期疗效和护理配合。方法:体外循环下行CABG 18例,采用低温冷血间断灌注保护心肌,加强术中护理配合。结果:全组无手术死亡病例,均顺利恢复,出院时心绞痛完全缓解,心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。结论:体外循环下CABG早期效果较好,再血管化充分,能解除心绞痛,改善心功能,良好的护理配合能提高手术成功率和患者生活质量。 Objective:To summarize the early results and experiences of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)in coronary artery disease.Methods:18 cases were performed conventional coronary artery bypass grafting operations.Results:After the operation,all the patients had no deaths,no angina pectoris,cardiac function improved to class I .Conclusion:CABG is an efficient way to treat the coronary artery disease.It improves cardiac function ,cures agina pectoris ,and increases the guatily of life patients live well.
