摘要
目的:探讨需再次剖宫产时,首次剖宫产腹壁切口的选择。方法:对2001年1月～2002年12月我院收治的既往有剖宫产史286例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较下腹纵切口和下腹横切口,盆腔粘连、手术时间、术中出血情况。结果:下腹横切口再次手术开腹时间与手术总时间均大于下腹纵切口,差异有显著性。结论:对有可能再次行剖宫产手术的患者,笔者认为选择纵切口为宜。
Objective：To research the abdominal incision choice in first caesarean section for the patients needing next cesarean section.Methods ：286 post-cesarean patients were studied retrospectively from January 2001 to December 2002.Comparing the degree of pelvic adhesions,operation time and volume of delivery blood loss between longitudinal incision group and transverse incision group.Re- suits ：The operation time was significantly longer in transverse incision group than that in longitudinal incision group.Conclusion：Longitu- dinal incision is a wise choice for the patients needing a second cesarean section.
