摘要 介绍了PPAR家族和PGC-1α的作用机制、与过氧化物酶体及动物肉类品质的关系,阐明了PPAR家族、PGC-1α在动物遗传育种上的应用,并指出其应用前景。 In this paper,interaction mechanisms and the relationship between PPAR family,PGC-1α and peroxisome,meat quality was introduced, PPAR family, PGC-1α in animal genetics breeding applications was clarified,its application prospects was pointed out.
