摘要
采用浸叶法测定了杀甲丹、辛硫磷、虱螨灵、毒死蜱和氟虫腈5种药剂对黄曲条跳甲成虫12 h、24 h和48 h的LC50。根据LC50,用等效线法相加作用线的六等分点设置配比,共毒因子法选择复配组合,结果表明,杀甲单与辛硫磷混用增效作用明显。共毒系数法测定最佳配比表明:杀甲单与辛硫磷为15∶14时,24 h后LC50为19.43μg/mL,增效作用最大,共毒系数达到414.78。
The toxicities LC50 of padan, phoxim, pyridaben, chlorpyrifos and fipronil against on the adults of Phyllotreta Striolata were tested with dipping method after 12 h .24 h and 48 ho According to LC50 the five ratios were determined by the evidence of six equal-part points of additive action line, and the synergism were chosen by the method of co-toxicity factor. The results showed that padan and phoxim were the best synergism. When padan and phoxim were combined with ratio of 15:14, the co-toxicity coefficient was 414.78.
