Preliminary screening of cold resistant cassava germplasm

摘要 以从南美高海拔地区引进的优良木薯品种和儋州当地优良木薯品种为材料,采用组织培养技术,通过低温胁迫处理,结合形态学观察方法筛选出耐寒性较强种质,对木薯抗寒性进行评价。结果表明,在从南美高海拔地区引进的木薯品种中,col761、col1046、col255、col286、col716和col1062-c等品种耐寒性较好,其中col1046和col1062-c为高抗品种或耐寒性较强的种质,而col592、col764、col1156、col318、col517、sm707-17、sg627-4、col282、cm6173-8、ecv84、sc124、sc8、col1460、col720等为中抗品种,其余为不抗品种。 In this study,the experimental cassava materials were mainly from high-altitude region's of South America, and some were local fine varieties. We used tissue culture techniques, through the low temperature stress treatment, combined with morphological observation method, in order to selecte stronge cold-resistance germplasm and evaluate the cold resistance of cassava. The results showed that col 761, col 1046, col255,col286, col716 and col1062-c were better in cold resistance.col1046 and col1062-c were highly cold resistant varieties, col592, col764, col1156, col318, col517, sm707-17, sg627-4, col282, cm6173-8, ecv84, sc124, sc8, col1460, col720 were middle cold resistant varieties. The rest were cold susceptible varieties.
