慢性心力衰竭患者长期监控心率、出入量、体重的效果观察 被引量：9

摘要 为观察长期监控心率、出入量、体重对慢性心力衰竭患者住院率及病死率的影响,选择99例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,观察组长期监控心率、出入量、体重,并进行及时治疗指导,对照组按常规处理,一年后观察两组再住院率和病死率。结果,III-IV级慢性心力衰竭患者的再住院率观察组为38.6%,对照组为68.1%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病死率观察组为13.46%,对照组为27.66%(P<0.01)。显示长期监测心室率、体重和出入量提供给医生有效的长期的资料,医生及时电话及门诊指导,是慢性心力衰竭门诊管理的有效方法,也是防止心力衰竭恶化的重要措施。
