摘要
近年来中国能源安全问题越来越受到关注,实现能源进口市场多元化和能源运输通道多样化是解决问题的关键。天时、地利、人和等因素使新疆与中亚开展能源合作具有必要性和可行性。进口并不是合作的全部,在垂直一体化分工基础上展开能源全面合作才是合作发展的方向。
Recently, our country＇s energy sources security has became more and more attentive. The key of solving problem is the energy import market and channels diversification. The timeliness, favourable geographical position and support of people bring the necessary and feasibility ablut cooperation between China and Asian center. Besides, the import is not all of the cooperation, the cooperation direction is all-around energy cooperation at the base of uprightness incorporate divide the work.
