摘要
运用实证分析的方法,对个体生命周期规律、新背景与新阶段对家族企业"执帅印者"素质能力的新要求、家族企业创始人的健康问题以及容易遭遇意外事故等几方面的分析发现,中国家族企业正步入创始人向接任者交班的高峰期,各方对此应投入更多的关注,以确保家族企业得到更好的发展。
By using the empirical analysis method, the studies has been started from the four aspects such as the law of the lifecycle of the individual, the new requirements for the personal quality of "the highest leadership level" of the family business at the new background and stage, the serious health problems of the founder of family business and accidentproneness, the findings demonstrate the emergence of this new trend, which is the family business of our country is entering into the high peak of handover and takeover the ownership of founder and successor in our country, and appeals that enough attentions should be caused to this new trend to ensure the better development of the family business.
