摘要
在对三种基本生产管理技术分析的基础上,结合某厂CIMS总体规划与设计课题,对各种混合模式(MRPⅡ/JIT,PERT/MRPⅡ,PERT/JIT)的优缺点、适用性及结构模式进行了较为详细的探讨。
The modern principle and method of production system engineering are analyzed, and MRPⅡ, PERT and JIT are compared. It is indicated that the mixed model of MRPⅡ/JIT should be used in repetitive manufacruing, applying “push” theory of MRP to production plan and “pull” theory of JIT to production control. For single item small batch manufactueing, the mixed model of PERT/JIT should be employed, in which PERT decides the whole production system and JIT determines the production of batch parts. The low level production control should be done according to the life cycle curve theory.
