摘要
nfeC基因是从慢生型大豆根瘤茵中克隆到的、与竞争结瘤有关的基因.将含nfeC基因的质粒pGXN100导入快生型大豆根瘤菌菌株HN01后,构建了重组快生型大豆根瘤菌GX301.与HN01相比较,GX301的竞争结瘤能力增强.
It had been shown that nfeC gene was essential for nodulation competitiveness of Bradyrhizobium joponicum. A Sinorhizobium fredii strain GX301 was constructed by introducing the plasmid pGXN100 containing the nfeC gene into the Sinorhizobium fredii strain HN01. It was Shown that GX301 can enhance the compentitiveness nodulation compared with the HN01.
