摘要
文章通过建立过度训练小鼠模型，发现过度训练小鼠安静时血清ＣＫ、ＬＤＨ活性呈显著性增加，并持续较长时间，提示血清ＣＫ、ＬＤＨ指标的这种变化。
In this paper a model for overtraining mice is built.From the model,it is discovered that the activity of the serum CK、LDH of overtraining mice is at high level.And this phenomenon remain for a long time after the mice guitd the training.The significant change of the indices may supply an evidence for the diagnosis of overtraining.
