摘要
目的总结出院回访在农村地区患者中的应用及效益。方法2006年11月至2008年1月,对1540例出院患者进行出院回访服务6月。以问卷调查的方法评估出院回访的效益。结果问卷显示回访6月后患者的生活质量、满意度明显高于回访前,投诉率下降,医院知名度提高。结论出院患者回访适宜在农村地区应用,并有良好的社会效益。
Objective To conclude the application of follow-up for rural patients and benefit.Method Take follow-up for 6 months for 1540 discharge patients from Nov.2006 to Jan.2008.Assess the benefit of follow-up by questionnaire.Result Questionnaire shows that patients quality of life and satisfaction degree is obviously higher than before,complaint rate is lower and popularity of hospital is increased.Conclusion Discharge follow-up can be applied in rural areas and have nice social benefit.
