摘要
针对单级直齿圆柱齿轮减速器,以体积最小为目标,用惩罚函数法建立了减速器的体积优化目标函数;在介绍设菲尔德遗传算法工具箱的使用方法的基础上,根据减速器的体积优化目标函数,用MAT-LAB语言编写了优化程序,并进行了实例优化设计。设计结果表明:这种优化方法合理有效。
The paper aims for minimizing the volume of single-stage spur gear reducer. The objective function to optimize the reducer is established by using the penalty function. On the base of illuminating the way of using the Sheffield genetic algorithm toolbox, the program of optimization is compiled by using MATLAB language based on the objective function to optimize the reducer, and the paper have the instance of optimal design. The result shows that this method of optimization is practical and efficient.
