摘要
六拐曲轴连杆颈相位角呈120°分布,其回转半径和相位角误差要求都比较严格。而现行的测量方法存在一定的问题,尤其是回转半径的误差对相位角的测量带来较大的影响。本文对目前曲轴相位角测量方法进行了误差分析,并提出一种测量误差的消除措施。

This paper carries on the error analysis to the present crankshaft phase angle measuring technique, and proposed one kind of measuring error elimination measure.
