摘要
目的了解雅安市疾控系统的实验室能力情况。方法对雅安市7县1区和市疾病预防控制中心的9个实验室和实验人员进行综合调查及问卷调查。结果9个实验室有实验室人员39人,最少的宝兴县仅1人;9个实验室除汉源县CDC外,其余8个都已建成并投入使用;5个实验室有理化检验设备如原子吸收仪、气相色谱仪等基础设备,2个实验室有原子荧光仪,9个实验室均配置有微生物检验设备;有3个实验室完成了计量认证或职业卫生资质评审。结论雅安市疾控系统实验室人员不足,设备陈旧,应加强建设。
Objective To understand the laboratory capacity and equipment of Yaan CDC system. Method The comprehensive investigation was made in 9 laboratories of different levels （city 1, county 7, district 1 ） and questionnaire was used for laboratory staff. Result There were a total of 39 laboratory personnel in 9 CDC. Eight laboratories had been built and used expect Hanyuan CDC. The physical and chemical detection equipment was more lack than microbial detection equipment（ all the 9 laboratories had microbial detection equipment）. There were five laboratories had AAS or GC, and two laboratories had AFS. Three laboratories had got CMA or occupational health qualification. Conclusion From the investigation of nine laboratories, some scientific base have been found for laboratory capacity construction of Yaan CDC system.
