根据把连云港建设成为国际性港口城市的战略目标 ,提出在连云港建立自由港区的设想 ,并分析了其必要性 。
According to the strategic goal of building Lianyungang into an international harbor city,the paper puts forward the idea of establishing the region of free port in Lianyungang,analyses its necessity and makes a study of preliminary feasibility.
