核苷酸切除修复基因ERCC1在肺癌中表达的意义 被引量：1

Significance of ERCC1 Expression in Lung Cancer

摘要 切除修复交叉互补组1(excision repair cross-complementation groupl,ERCC1)基因是细胞内DNA损伤修复环路中关键基因,是核苷酸切除修复系统(NER)的重要组成成分。ERCC1的表达在维持体内DNA结构的稳定性和完整性有重要作用,因此与肺癌的发生和发展有关,ERCC1高表达减少了肿瘤术后复发的危险,但同时ERCC1高表达预示着铂类药物的耐药,ERCC1作为判断预后和铂类化合物化疗的分子预测指标具有一定的可行性。
