摘要
广州发电厂有限公司3号锅炉大修后过热汽温长期低于530℃,低负荷运行时汽温更低,影响锅炉和汽轮机的安全经济运行。分析了3号炉汽温偏低的原因,指出炉膛火焰中心位置偏低,炉膛吸热增加是主要因素,从而提出和实施了提高过热汽温的措施,取得明显的效果。
After overhaul of No. 3 boiler in Guangzhou Power Plant Co., Ltd., the steam temperature of its superheater had long been below 530℃ , which was even lower during low load operation. The low steam temperature had greatly influenced the safety and economic operation of the boiler and turbine. Based on analysis, the fault was found to be caused by too lower position of flame center, resulting in more heat loss in the furnace. By applying actual countermeasures for raising steam temperature of the superheater, obvious effects are obtained.
