β—G1ucuronidase(GUS)基因是从大肠杆菌得到的。GUS系统是一种优良的reporter基因系统,可用于外源基因导入受体的检测手段。我们用PEG法将构建在pBI121上的GUS基因导入烟草原生质体,获得了瞬时表达。
β-Glucuronidase (GUS) gene had been cloned from Escherichia coli K-12 by some researchers. As an available reporter gene system, GUS can be used to monitor foreign gene introduced into plant or plant cell. We introduced GUS, which was constructed on plasmid pBI121, into tobacco protoplasts by i nc-ubation with polyethylene glycol (PEG) and a transient expression was obtained.
