摘要
以苯酚和硫酸为原料 ,在催化剂的存在下合成了双酚 S。讨论了原料配比、硫酸浓度、磺化温度、催化剂等条件对反应的影响。在最佳反应条件下 ,双酚 S的产率达 90 %以上 ,纯度≥ 99%
High- purity bisphenol- Sis synthesized with phenol and sulfuric acid as materials in the presence of a catalyst.The influences of mole ratios of the reactants,concentration of sulfuric acid,sulfonation temperature and catalyst on reaction are discussed.In the optimum conditions,the yield of bisphenol- S is above90 % with a purity≥ 99% .
