摘要
给出了压电陶瓷离合器的概念及工作原理 ,分析和论述了压电陶瓷致动器的输出位移、输出推力、对控制电压的响应特性等与离合器的输出转矩和动作时间之间的关系 ,给出了理论分析方法和计算公式以及离合器的设计方法。此外 ,还分析了压电陶瓷离合器的环境适应性 ,最后介绍了根据理论研究设计制造的一个压电陶瓷离合器的初步试验情况。
In this paper,the concept and priciple of the piezoelectric ceramic clutch is presented and established.The relations between the performance of the piezoelectric ceramic driver and the performance of the clutch are analyzed and discussed in detail,and the method and the calculation formula for theoretical analysis and desige are given.The performance of the driver includes displacement,thrust,responding to the input voltage while the performance of the clutch includes output torque and responding time.Besides,how to acclimatize the clutch to circumstances is analyzed in the paper.Finally the initial test results with a piezoelectric ceramic clutch designed with the method are introduced.
