摘要
主要研究陶瓷磨削力对残余应力和表面性能的影响。结果表明 :陶瓷磨削力主要是法向磨削力对残余应力的方向、作用深度、变化梯度均有较大的影响。在小切深、反复光磨的条件下 ,磨削力使残余应力的数值、变化梯度减小 ,作用深度增大。一般情况下 ,在磨削力作用下的残余压应力的作用深度随磨削条件而变化 ,一般小于 12 μm。残余压应力作用在塑性变形层内。
In the article,influence of ceramic grinding force on the grinding surface integrity is studied.The result of research shows that the cetramic grinding force and specific force,influence on residual stresses.By the grinding method of small cutting depth and repeated polishing,the number,directing,depth of action and gradient of residual stresses can be reduced and the depth of residual compression stress imcreased under the grinding force.In general,the depth of residual compression stresses under the grinding force changes with different grinding conditions (<12μm).Residual compression acts on the plastic deformation layer.
