摘要
在找出独立回路充分必要条件的基础上，给出了一种选取独立回路的一般规则；对节点数为ｎ、支路数为ｐ的电路，任意包含所有支路的ｐ－（ｎ－１）个回路将是独立的。其它规则都是这一规则的特例。
On the base of having found the full-ample and esential Conditions of independent return-circuit,this article gives a general rule of how to choose indenpendent return-circuit.Each of the return-circuit which have p-(n-1) return-circuits of the circuit which have n vital link dots and p feed circuits is indepentent.All other rules are special cases of this rule.
