摘要
对液化石油气贮罐(球罐、卧罐、罐车)的氢鼓泡缺陷采取修复补焊工艺,可以延长贮罐的使用寿命,有较高的经济价值。本文介绍利用“应力电测法”对修复补焊的贮罐进行薄膜应力、弯曲应力和焊接残余应力的测试结果分析讨论。
Amended welding technology, which can be adopted to mend defects of hydrogen bulge bubble on the liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) storage tanks, including bulb tanks, horizontal tanks and tankers, will prolong the life of these tanks and has good economic value. In this paper, a method named 'Measuring with Electricity and Stress' will be introduced to test the film stress, curved stress and weld remaining stresss of the welded storage tanks. And the test results have been analyzed and discussed.
