摘要
将肌苷、多巴胺与多巴酚丁胺在１０％葡萄糖注射液中配伍，进行混合液的外观观察，ｐＨ值测定，紫外吸收光谱及薄层色谱分析。结果表明，上述药物配伍后均发生了明显的物理、化学变化。
Inosine was mixed with dopamine and dobutamine in 10% glucose injection.The changes of appearance, pH value,UV obsorption spectrum and thin layer chromatograph of the mixed solution were observed.Results showed that obvious physical and chemical changes occured,so above drugs were incompatible
