摘要
简述了针对肾素－血管紧张素系统（ＲＡＳ）的三类降压药及其优缺点。重点评述了非肽类ＡＴ１／ＡＴ２受体平衡拮抗剂（ＢａｌａｎｃｅｄＡＴ１／ＡＴ２ＲｅｃｅｐｔｏｒＡｎｔａｇｏｎｉｓｔ）的特点及研制途径，它不仅具有和依那普利（Ｅｎａｌａｐｒｉｌ）相当的降压效果，而且与专一拮抗剂（ＳｅｌｅｃｔｉｖｅＡｎｔａｇｏｎｉｓｔ）相比，其口服吸收性更好，副作用更小。
In this article, the merits and demerits of three well known kinds of antihypertensive drugs acting on the renin angiotensin system (RAS) were introduced briefly. The characters and synthetic ways of nonpeptide balanced AT 1/AT 2 receptor antagonists were discussed in detail. The experimental studies showed that the antagonists not only are similar to enalapril, a highly effective angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, in antihypertensive effects, but have higher oral activity and less side effects compaired with the selective antagonists. So the balanced AT 1/AT 2 receptor antagonists are expected to be a series of novel valuable antihypertensive drugs.
