摘要
基于同步相量测量单元(PMU)的广域测量系统(WAMS)是一种综合了同步PMU和通信技术的广域网络。文中分析了WAMS的网络结构和PMU的结构原理,根据WAMS的功能特点建立了PMU的硬软件失效概率模型和考虑节点可靠性的WAMS可靠性模型。利用WAMS连通可靠性的评估方法,在考虑PMU节点可靠性的情况下,用节点遍历法和不交化法计算出源宿点的最小路集,然后用频率时间法计算出整个网络连通可靠性、平均故障间隔时间等可靠性指标。以河南电网某实际WAMS网络为算例进行评估仿真,得到单个PMU的可用度和整个网络的连通可靠性,以及网络节点和链路的关键度等可靠性指标,为确定WAMS的薄弱环节提供依据。
Wide area measurement system (WAMS) networks based on phasor measurement unit (PMU) are a combination of both PMUs and communication technologies. Consequently, they are likely to suffer many different types of failures. A model is described for assessing and comparing the reliability and availability of wide area networks. The model parameters include the reliabilities of the hardware and software components and the network topology considering node' s failures. An evaluation method for WAMS network connectivity reliability is presented. All the minimal path sets of source-destination node pair in the network are calculated by using the minimal path set method. The connectivity reliability of source-destination node pairs is obtained through probabilistic analysis. By calculating a practical WAMS in Henan power grid, the availability of one PMU, and other reliability indices of WAMS are obtained, which can be used as a reference to evaluate the weakest component in the network comprehensively.
